Refund policy

At Sharon Sprigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please recognize that we offer seasonal and perishable products. Our return policy reflects this and helps to maintain our small business. We thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out to us via email and we would be more than happy to help.

  1. Please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery and/or local pickup with any issues along with and any images of damaged product(s).
  2. All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all tags.
  3. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. 
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
