Shipping policy

We understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers. We currently offer USPS Priority Flat rate shipping options along with curbside pick-up to ensure your purchase gets to you in a timely manner.

• Our standard shipping carrier is USPS.
  
• We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address during checking out. Once entered, the order automatically is set to ship via USPS and assigned a tracking number so therefore cannot be altered.
• For large orders of Lavender Balsamics and/or Olive Oils, please contact us directly for a shipping estimate.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We only ship to verified billing addresses.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
