Relax in a lavender field at Slate Hill Lavender Farm while experiencing a Sound Bath, an ancient technique that uses sound frequency to help calm and reset the nervous system as a way to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Christine will be offering this beautiful experience here in our Lavender fields where she uses a combination of instruments and chimes combining these elements with the natural sounds of nature and the fragrance of the lavender to provide an experience that will relax and recharge your mind and body. **We have blankets, but feel free to bring any items that would make you comfortable (blankets, yoga mats, pillows, etc) during this hour long experience.
