Summer Sound Bath - July 15, 2024

Relax in a lavender field while enjoying a Sound Bath experience, an ancient technique that uses sound frequency to help calm and reset the nervous system as a way to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Christine from Nature_ally Meditated will be offering this beautiful meditation here in our Lavender Fields. She uses a combination of instruments, such as crystal and metal sound bowls, and chimes during this experience. Combining these elements with the natural sounds of nature and the surrounding scents of lavender, this might be just what you need to help you relax and recharge the mind and body. **Please bring any items to help you relax and find comfort during this hour long experience. Blankets, yoga mat, pillow, or bolsters are welcome to help you relax into the Earth and fully enjoy this experience. Please arrive 15 mins before the event to allow for parking and calm before the Sound Bath experience begins.
